    没有黄梨花模形可用刀背割成小格子。

    Step 1

    材料A拌勻,加入材料B的水搅勻,再拌入菜油搓成幼滑面团。Mix ingredients A evenly,add in water to knead into dough,add in margarine to knead well.

    Step 2

    把面团分成每粒60克,压扁后包入材料C。Divide dough into 60g each,flatten and wrap in ingredients C.

    Step 3

    将材料D搓均,分成小粒,裹在豆沙面团外层,用刀背交叉划成黃梨花样,待发至双倍。Combine ingredients D into soft dough, divide into small portion and wrap in tou sar dough. Lightly cross cut the surface into pineapple design. Leave till it rise up double the size.

    Step 4

    搽上蛋液,用180℃烘至金黃色即可。Brush with egg wash. Bake at 180℃ until golden brown.
